I train 3-5 days per week with a focus on the powerlifting-style competition lifts. I typically track everything in the Strong app and import the data into LiftLog for analysis. At ~82kg bodyweight, my deadlift is my strongest lift, followed by squat and bench. My current competition lifts can be found on my openpowerlifting profile.
I'm more interested in long-term trend lines than any single PR. The data tells you when to push, when to back off, and which accessories are actually driving progress on the main lifts. I love being able to parse the data from Strong app into meaningful analytics.
