I'm a Senior Platform Engineer based in Middle Tennessee with 15+ years of experience building cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. I work at XOi Technologies, where I help build and maintain the core platform for a field service SaaS product in a 100% serverless environment.

Before XOi, I worked as an SRE at Eventbrite and a Senior Systems Engineer at NASBA and prior to that roles in datacenters and system administration. I worked in warehousing and drove forklifts for several years before transitioning to IT helpdesk, quickly being promoted to sysadmin and then from there architecting and building out large-scale AWS environments.

I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer Professional certifications. My primary stack is Python, Go, TypeScript, Terraform, AWS CDK, and Kubernetes, though I pick up whatever the problem demands.
