Small Batch Spaghetti Sauce

A small batch of spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients
- 16oz ground beef
 - 1 small onion, diced
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 4 fresh tomatoes, diced
 - 1/2c red wine
 - 6oz can of tomato paste
 - fresh basil
 - fresh oregano
 - salt & pepper
 - olive oil
 
Instructions
- Add a generous amount of olive oil to a pan on medium heat
 - Add the ground beef and break it up into smaller chunks
 - Add the onion, garlic and tomato paste - cook for about 5-7 mins
 - Add the tomatoes, wine and herbs - cook for a few more minutes
 - Cover, let the sauce simmer on low for about 30 mins
 - Stir every so often so it doesn't stick to the pan
 - Season with salt & pepper as you taste it while it cooks
 - Serve with pasta and parmesan cheese
 - Enjoy!
